General information

Written: name and address of the participant and the employer, type of arrival (train, car or plane), single or double room, day of arrival and departure.

The last date of registration is four weeks prior to the start of each seminar.

Your registration is binding upon receipt of our written confirmation. Along with our confirmation, you will receive the invoice for the participation fee. You are kindly requested to arrange for settlement prior to the beginning of the seminar.

You will be picked up by our bus in front of your hotel. If your arrival at the hotel will be after 6:00 p.m., the hotel must be informed well in advance.

Bus transport between your hotel and our facilities will be carried out by our contractual partner . Please observe the time table and be available for pick-up in front of your hotel or our offices respectively at the times indicated.

The cost of the hotel accomodation are not included. These have to be paid by the participant directly to the hotel.

Our liability is confined to current legislation exclusively within the company premises.

Since our seminars also include practical training in the field and on our test fields, we recommend you to bring along rainwear and boots. Training equipment will be made available. You can bring your own instruments as well.

On some evenings (refer detailed programme) we invite you to social gatherings which offer you the opportunity for discussions and an exchange of experiences with colleages from different countries.

Loock forward Seminar Dates. Additionally on request: in French, Dutch, Norwegian/Swedish, Russian, Czechian/Slovakian and Hungarian. Seminars W and K are in principle in German. Other languages on request.

Health insurance for foreign participants for the period of the seminar will be covered by us (Refer also: liability).
