In case that you need to return an instrument to SebaKMT,
for repair, wrong delivery or any other reason,
please fill out and attach a "Return Form" to the instrument. This will help us reduce handling time and work on your instrument faster.

Options in quotation for repair
Our measurement systems can be used as required for acceptance tests, for putting into service or for use within a quality management system. On the basis of these requirements we make differing documents available for you.
Example documents
Depending on the equipment that you sent in, together with a quotation for the repair from us, you will be offered the following additional services:
- Calibration
During calibration the systematic measurement error of a measuring tool is determined, without changing the measuring tool. This is carried out and recorded using specially designed and registered test equipment. As documentation, you receive a calibration certificate and the associated record of the calibration measurements. The calibration documentation also includes details of the test equipment used and its calibration status, as well as the details of the equipment being calibrated and the customer details. We also keep an archive copy of your calibration data.

During the calibration a complete, independent test measurement cycle is also carried out. This is done at a separate location with special test equipment and is considered an additional service.
- Test report
The test report contains details about the technical data which the technician checks on the equipment after every repair. This report is completed by the technician.

- Test certificate
The test certificate certifies that, after the repair, that the equipment still meets the manufacturer's technical specifications.
